Our organic shop
On our farm, we cultivate 800 olive trees using organic farming practices. We extract the EVO oil used for our meals and you can buy it at our structure.
In 2019 we created a natural and bio-certified cosmetic line “Maremma Officinalis”, based on the philosophy of Km 0, using spontaneous herbs and officinal plants sourced entirely from the territory.
With our line we have participated in the most important trade fairs in the sector such as “Sana” and “Fa’ la cosa giusta”, expanding our network of retailers throughout Italy among herbalists and organic shops.
Throughout the year, Irene, the line’s formulator, offers free workshops on natural cosmetics, personalized consultations, and from March to May, gathering and recognition of wild herbs.
