Our historic structure, dating back to the early 1900s, offers a caring and familiar welcome.
The communal lounge has free wifi and a traditional fireplace, perfect for the colder season. During warm weather, meals are served in the outdoor pergola overlooking the hills.
The main structure is structured on two floors and has a large apartment and bright, comfortable rooms furnished in a rustic style with furniture that has been given new life.
Adjacent to the villa, a small detached cottage, once a stable, offers a cozy and private environment.
The loft, patio and dedicated Internet connection.
The Center has a large and bright 70 sqm yoga room equipped with cushions, mats and blankets that can accommodate up to 20 people.
The room can be used all year round as it is equipped with a heating system.
Outside, you will find practice spaces, either on the lawn in the shade of oak and holm oak trees or in the middle of the olive grove and a tiled area.
In the 40 hectares that surround the Centre it is possible to follow the various trails that we have traced, thus enjoying long walks immersed in silence and nature.
During the summer it is possible to use the patio during meals, in Maremma and in particular where we are, the wind mitigates the summer heat, making this moment pleasant.
